The elusive and dangerous Cottonmouth snake graces the Peated Single Malt Whiskey. Peated barley gives this whiskey a slightly smoky flavor and aroma. Found across the Southeast including the Cahaba River, Agkistrodon piscivorus is the world's only semiaquatic viper.
Made with 70% barley and 30% peated barley, giving this whiskey its subtly smokey flavor and aroma. Notes of leather and burnt sugar are also present upfront with a slight spice at the end. We aged this for 5 months in American White Oak Barrels.
